Look it up with your order number and the email you used, then message us on the order itself. Everything about that order stays in one thread, so nobody has to ask you for the number twice.

Use the “Ask about this item” button on the product page. The question arrives attached to the item, so the answer is about the right thing. You will get one email asking you to confirm your address before it reaches us.

Payment and delivery questions
Payment is by GCash, confirmed by hand — the QR, the exact amount and your reference number are on your order page after checkout. If you have paid and the order still shows as awaiting payment, message us on the order and we will check.
